Overview
Getting a hearing aid is just the beginning — proper fitting and programming are what make it truly effective. Our audiologists use real-ear measurement (REM) technology to ensure the hearing aid is delivering exactly the right amount of amplification at each frequency, customised to your unique ear canal.
After the initial fitting, we program the device using your audiogram data and verify the output matches the target prescription. We then make adjustments based on your feedback about sound quality, comfort, and performance in different environments.
Fine-tuning is an ongoing process. As your brain adapts to hearing new sounds, we refine the programming across multiple follow-up sessions to ensure long-term satisfaction.
